Full Fuel Performance – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any products, services, tunes, calibrations, or accessing this website, you (“Customer,” “Buyer,” or “You”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products/services.
1. Assumption of Risk
All products and services provided by Full Fuel Performance (including but not limited to ECM calibrations, tunes, custom programming, hardware recommendations, and related services) are intended for off-road, competition, and high-performance use.
You acknowledge that increasing engine power, RPM limits, fueling, and related modifications places additional stress on the engine, transmission, drivetrain, fuel system, and other components. You assume all risk associated with the use of these products and services.
2. No Warranty on Performance Gains
Full Fuel Performance does not guarantee any specific horsepower, torque, RPM, or performance results. Results vary based on vehicle condition, supporting modifications, fuel quality, installation quality, altitude, and other factors.
3. Limited Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Fuel Performance, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Engine failure
- Transmission failure
- Drivetrain damage
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Loss of use
- Lost profits
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product or service in question.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for proper installation, supporting modifications, and ongoing maintenance.
- You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is mechanically sound before and after tuning.
- You understand that performance modifications may void your vehicle’s manufacturer warranty.
- You agree to use appropriate supporting hardware (engine components, fasteners, injectors, pumps, transmission, turbo, cooling, etc.) for the power level requested.
5. Emissions & Legal Compliance
Some products and calibrations may not be legal for use on public roads or in certain states (including California). It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal emissions and vehicle laws. Full Fuel Performance assumes no responsibility for legal issues arising from the use of its products.
6. Mail-In ECM / Tuning Services
- You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping your ECM.
- Full Fuel Performance is not responsible for damage during shipping to or from our facility.
- Once a custom calibration has been written and the ECM returned, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Digital tunes and custom calibrations are non-refundable once delivered.
- Physical products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition (restocking fees may apply).
- Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Full Fuel Performance from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa.
10. Changes to Terms
Full Fuel Performance reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
